Shipping and Handling and Returns
We attempt to ship your order with in 48 hours. Allow 2-4weeks for shipping. Larger orders make take longer to ship.  We offer the following shipping methods:

Orders shipping out side of the USA
All shipping cost for package out side of the USA must pay full shipping and any taxes
before order will ship. Once package is ready to be shipped we will send an invoices of the total shipping cost  - Already paid shipping to be paid by the buyer before order will be shipped. Any order out side
of the US will not be refund for unpaid shipping cost.
Free shipping offer do not valued when shipping out side of the USA.


DHL& Priority Mail
Orders out side the USA will be billed the shipping total - what shopping cart total once order is ready to ship. No refunds on orders where total shipping cost are not paid.

If you are not happy with any candle just let us know With in 90 days. all candles must be returned in good on used condition. For a new candle of equal or lesser value or refund .All refund are scent by check or money order 30 days from date requested.
(minus any shipping charges) a 25% Restocking fee may apply to large and special orders
 

If your candle comes broken
I
f you have breakage in your order, please contact the shipping carrier IMMEDIATELY. You must save your original packaging materials in order to File a claim. You as the package receiver are responsible for filling any Damage/breakage claims. Proof of breakage must be made to carrier, So it is imperative all original packaging materials are saved. We cannot Replace breakage due to shipper at our expense. All item leave use in EXCELLENT condition and responsibility for the package ends when it leaves our hands. Any refused shipments will be billed shipping charges and a 25% Restocking fee will be incurred.
